This hidden gem of a pub located in close proximity to Digbeth and the Arcadian areas has two excellent permanent real ales consisting of Hobson’s Mild and one from the Stanway range. Three ever changing wonderful guests/locales are available too. It has been run by the friendly Eddie Fitzpatrick for 27 years now. The pub has a homely feel, Folk club on Friday evenings, Jazz club on some Tuesday evenings. Local road parking only, but with good local bus routes nearby. Closes early if no customers, so ring ahead if intending a later visit. Monthly train spotters group hooks up 1st Wed of the month. Function room at the back holds about 35 people.
