Grand canal-side pub set over two floors. Traditional Joule's' ale house, with a bar room on the top floor serving three cask ales as well as keg beers from their own range. Accessible from both Gas Street for immediate access to the bar, or from the canal (but you'll need to climb the stairs to get a pint!).
If entering from Gas Street, you'll first notice an impressive hallway and grand staircase. This was formerly the headquarters of the Worcester & Birmingham Canal Company and has been tastefully converted. To the left is a taproom with an imposing wood bar and stool seating for half a dozen or so. To the right a large room with plenty of options for more comfortable seating. Off this is a very cosy snug and a glass sunrooom that is perfect for summer. The top floor is also boasts a small sun terrace for the warmest of days. Taking the stairs down, there are further rooms for drinking, but currently no bar. The pub is completed by a small patio area on the ground floor. Toilets are in the basement and on the top floor.
